Sharepoint Developer/Administrator
About the Role:
Culmen International, LLC is hiring a SharePoint Administrator to work in support of the Department of Homeland Security’s (DHS) Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency’s (CISA) Cybersecurity Division (CSD).
CSD leads efforts to protect the federal domain of civilian government networks and to collaborate with the private sector domain to increase the security of critical networks. CSD’s mission is to improve cybersecurity for the federal civilian government and other partners by facilitating the integration of various cybersecurity technologies, products, and services.To meet this mission need, CSD is organized into Program Management Offices (PMO) to support, design, develop, deploy, and sustain cybersecurity capabilities. This position supports the Mission Engineering (ME) organization and is part of ME’s Business Operations Branch.
What You’ll Do in Your New Role:
- Design, develop, and architect the ME hub site, along with multiple SharePoint sites and team sites.
- Create custom applications using Power Platform technologies (Power Apps, Power Automate, and Power BI).
- Skilled in configuring Hub sites, managing migration projects, and updating tasks for the CSD team.
- Proficient in integrating SharePoint with various cloud-based applications.
- Experience developing custom applications using both canvas apps and model-driven apps.
- Provides training to new users, create SharePoint sites, subsites, library, list, pages, workflows and forms.
- Provides daily administration and maintenance of the site to include granting permissions, troubleshooting the custom code etc.
- Design and update the SharePoint Portal of CD as per requirement.
- Work with DHS government personnel to develop custom graphics for web pages and sites as requested.
- Meet with clients and conduct meetings for information gathering on new projects and to discuss upcoming changes within the CISA environment.
- Responsible for configuration and change management support and Agile development only within the SharePoint enclave for the CD office.
- Responsible for the development, management, implementation, and customization of all CD SharePoint solutions while creating advance search feature for Document Center, manage document check-outs, and use meta-data to tag document uploads.
- Create process documents, standard operating procedures (SOPS), and workflows that capture best practices.
- Lead and operate independently and with minimal supervision.
- Recommends CD and Business Operations SharePoint solutions to achieve greater management efficiencies including developing forms, databases, workflows, and user interfaces.
- Investigates, analyzes, and resolves system problems, including workflow issues.
- Provides managers (Per office), and end-user support regarding CD SharePoint and other ancillary issues.
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field with a minimum of 8 years of experience.
- 8 years of experience with SharePoint Administration and Development, (SharePoint online and Office 365 suites).
- Strong knowledge of developing and designing workflows, forms, using Power Apps, Power Automate and Power BI.
- Experience implementing Power Platform solutions in SharePoint and Teams.
- Ability to work independently with some supervision on user project requests to gather, assess and implement requirements.
- Excellent skills in developing SharePoint apps, dashboard and workflow using Power Apps, Power automate and Power BI.
- Excellent skills in developing SharePoint apps using Power Apps.
- Excellent skills to create hub sites, list, library and pages.
- Excellent skills to create SharePoint permission group, assign permission and delete users.
- Excellent skills to develop workflow using Power automate.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to attend briefings and provide training in a clear and agile structure.
- Knowledge and experience with Photoshop and graphics design
