Title: Public Health Outreach Program ManagerPay rate: $55/hr - $60/hr depending on experience.
Duration: March 3, 2025 - December 2025
Hours: Monday through Friday, 9 am – 5 pm, onsite in Newark
Duties include but not limited to;- Oversee the launch and execution of the Mobile integrated healthcare (MIH) programs, ensuring alignment with grant objectives and timelines.
- Coordinate outreach efforts with Newark community organizations to enhance patient engagement.
- Lead QA/QI initiatives, using EMS data to optimize response strategies and outreach locations.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including treatment acceptance rates and harm reduction supply distribution.
- Develop partnerships with hospitals, universities, and community organizations.
- Ensure accurate tracking of patient referrals, treatment outcomes, and follow-ups.
- Oversee program evaluation and reporting to stakeholders and funders.
- Assess program success, identify challenges, and implement process improvements.
- Ensure compliance with grant requirements and quality standards.
- Manage budgeting, financial projections, and organization of multiple MIH projects.
- Oversee procurement of essential supplies and equipment to support project operations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Public Health or related fields.
- At least 5 years of managerial experience.
- Program management and/or project management experience is required.
- Strong organizational skills is required.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills is required.
- Adept with planning, executing and implementing projects, enforcing timelines and deliverables.
- Experience with overseeing grants and budgets is preferred.
- Event management experience is preferred.
Pay Details: $55.00 to $60.00 per hour
