Overview:

We are seeking a qualified RDA/DA to join our Endodontic practice. The ideal candidate will provide high quality patient care under the supervision of a licensed Endodontist.

Responsibilities:

• Obtains and records medical and dental histories of the patient and communicates this information to the doctor.
• Obtains dental radiographs and cone beam scans on patients and reports findings to the doctor.
• Provide a high level of patient experience through communicating comfort options, patient education, and treatment expectations.
• Assists dentists in the management of medical and dental emergencies.
• Provides post-operative instructions prescribed by the dentist.
• Maintains clinical notes for patients documenting pertinent information in the patient charts.
• Properly closes out operatories at the end of shift to assure operatories are clean and restocked and patient ready.
• Maintains dental supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level, anticipates needed supplies, and communicates the need to the Manager.
• Assists with daily office cleaning responsibilities.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION:

High school diploma or equivalent

EXPERIENCE:

1 year dental assistant experience

Dental x-ray license

Knowledge of Endodontics a plus

BENEFITS:

We offer full benefits inculding medical, dental and vision after 30 days and 401K after 1 year

SCHEDULE:

Monday- Thursday 7:30 am - 5:00 pm

No Fridays

PAY:

Starting $22.00 - $25.00 depending on experience.
