✈️ Travel: 5% (domestic, between local plant and Blue Springs site)

What You’ll Do
🔥 Lead the charge in electrical and mechanical system startups & commissioning🛠 Be the expert—review engineering designs, contractor RFIs, and technical specs
⚡ Keep it safe—enforce OSHA safety practices, including Lock-Out/Tag-Out and arc flash protocols
🏗 Build with precision—work alongside contractors and vendors to test, install, and hand over critical equipment
🔍 Stay ahead—conduct site inspections and ensure top-tier quality standards
📅 Own the schedule—coordinate plant shutdowns, weekend work, and seamless project execution
📊 Report and refine—track project progress and provide feedback to improve standards
What You Bring to the Table
✅ Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent experience✅ Deep knowledge of building codes & industry standards (IBC, NEC, NFPA, ASME, etc.)
✅ Safety-first mindset with expertise in mechanical/electrical installations
✅ Sharp problem-solving skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities
✅ Exceptional communication to keep teams aligned and projects on track
