We're continuing our growth and opening a brand-new location in South Moore, Oklahoma - Join Our Team and serve as our Sr. Director of Clinical Services!
Exciting New Salary Range: $100,000 - $122,000 PLUS $40,000 Retention Bonus and Sign On or Relocation Bonus!
Purpose:
The Senior Director of Clinical Services is responsible for managing client care and supervising BCBAs to ensure the highest quality of services for all clients at the location you are hired. This role involves overseeing individual caseloads, ensuring client progress toward goals, optimizing provider skills, and meeting all payer requirements.Key responsibilities include managing your own caseload, ensuring that RBTs are properly trained and implementing treatment plans accurately, and fulfilling all administrative components required for effective service delivery. Your Role:
- Assessment & Planning: Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Implementation: Oversee the implementation of behavior intervention plans by our team of RBTs.
- Training & Supervision: Mentor and provide guidance to RBTs and other staff members.
- Collaboration: Work closely with families, and other professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Qualifications:
- Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Passion for improving the lives of individuals with autism and other developmental disabilities.
