Full Time Physical Therapist

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our skilled nursing facility at Gotham Enterprises Ltd in Princeton, NJ. In this role, you will partner with patients to restore their motion and help them achieve their personal best in functionality.

It is our belief that our patients should perform at their maximum level regardless of past and current medical conditions and treatment setting.

Salary: $85,000-$95,000 per year with full benefits.
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM
Patient Volume: 8-10 patients a day

Key Responsibilities
  • Identify and address unique patient goals and needs.
  • Provide cost-effective treatments to improve client motion and mobility.
  • Minimize reliance on medications and propose alternative options to surgery.
  • Design wellness-oriented programs catering to each patient’s specific requirements.
  • Deliver personalized, evidence-based care and proven interventions.
  • Encourage and motivate patients to enhance their functional abilities.
  • Collaborate with other health professionals for integrated patient care.
  • Monitor and evaluate patient progress; communicate findings effectively.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of patient care services.

Requirements

Qualifications
  • Master's or Doctorate Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution.
  • Current New Jersey state license as Physical Therapist.
  • Must have 2 years of clinical experience as a Physical Therapist, preferably in Chiropractor & PT practice.
  • Strong manual therapy skills and training.
  • Familiarity with EMR Software (e.g., WebPT).
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and professional growth.
  • No disciplinary actions or board actions on license.
