Corporate Paralegal

These include property acquisitions and leasing, contracts related to commercial projects, and providing compliance support.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the General Counsel on various legal matters
• Work alongside two other paralegals on multiple tasks
• Handle property acquisitions and leasing in the commercial real estate sector
• Manage contracts related to commercial projects
• Provide compliance support as needed
• Use skills in Corporate ParaLegal, Commercial Real Estate, Project Finance, and Commercial Leasing
• Assist in project finance tasks when required
• Support solar industry projects, if any arise.
• Possess a detail-oriented qualification in Corporate Paralegal studies or a related field.
• Proven experience working as a Corporate Paralegal.
• Expertise in Commercial Real Estate matters including transactions, leases, and litigation.
• Proficient in Project Finance, with the ability to oversee and manage financial aspects of large-scale projects.
• Demonstrable skills in Commercial Leasing, with a focus on drafting, reviewing, and negotiating lease agreements.
• Strong legal research and drafting skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of ethics and integrity.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
