Free People Wholesale Sample Coordinator

Role Summary:

Free People is looking for a Wholesale Sample Coordinator to be responsible for supporting sample distribution across all divisions. Overall sample organization includes fulfilling sample requests and performing audits to maintain inventory accuracy and prepping all deliveries for the Digital Asset team for all photo shoots.

Role Responsibilities:

  • Assist in receiving and distribution of 15 sample sets across 4 product divisions to showrooms, agents and distributors globally.
  • Maintain stockroom organization and cleanliness daily. Keeping all samples organized by class, delivery and division.
  • Receive and process sample returns in a timely manner including hanging and sorting the samples by delivery.
  • Provide communication of sample pulls for accounts and marketing needs.
  • Communicate in a timely manner if an order needs to be placed via Retail/Direct/B2B.
  • Support the Digital Asset Team with sample needs, ensuring clear communication of sample availability, coordination of all shipments between Showrooms and offices.
  • Accurately process and pull samples needed for meetings, sample request and lookbook shoots at Home Office.
  • Process donations quarterly to maintain sample inventory.
  • Quarterly sample auditing across all Free People Showrooms to ensure sample visibility and availability.

Role Qualifications:

  1. 2 years experience in apparel/retail preferred
