Customer Service Representative

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate records of customer credit

• Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions based on their status
• Utilize MS Excel and other software for various tasks
• Ensure all customer interactions are handled professionally and promptly
• Adapt to the needs of the rental realm and credit department
• Collaborate with the regional credit manager for customer account decisions
• Maintain a high level of service in all customer interactions
• Uphold the standards of the company's customer service policy. • Possess excellent customer service skills
• Proficient in MS Excel
• Capable of handling all types of correspondence
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
