Responsibilities will include:
Working with Sophia team members to plan and coordinate professional developmentprograms in locations throughout the U.S.
Serving as an ambassador of Sophia Teachers at programs and conferences.
Scheduling and preparing of shipments of materials to programs.
Assisting with booking venues and catering, and confirming other event-related details.
Managing participants certification.
Assisting with development of marketing materials.
Ensuring that every detail of professional development experiences reflect our abidingrespect for Catholic educators.
Other tasks as assigned.
Required skills:
A personal commitment to Sophia Institute's mission.
Ability to take initiative and successfully coordinate multiple projects, each with numerous deadlines, with minimal supervision.
Grace under pressure when handling last-minute changes and in responding to internal and external customers.
Uncompromising attention to detail, excellent work ethic, high awareness of timing, open and direct communication, and humble disposition.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and Google Suite.
Ability to work out of our Nashua, NH headquarters, and travel 30% of the time depending on the time of year.
