Electrical Maintenance Mechanic

This is a permanent opportunity Monday-Friday 3:00pm-11:00pm $28-$33 an hour ( Based on experience) 40 hours with OT Bi Lingual a plus ( English and Spanish)

education: No Degree Required

• Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on bakery production equipment, including ovens, mixers, conveyors, and packaging machines.
• Comfortable working within a GMP and SOP environment
• Diagnose electrical issues and troubleshoot faults in motors, control panels, PLC systems, and automated machinery.
• Repair or replace faulty electrical components such as sensors, switches, relays, and wiring.
• Ensure all electrical work complies with safety codes, industry standards, and company policies.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify potential hazards and address them proactively.
• Maintain and update electrical schematics and technical documentation for equipment.
• Work with Programmable Logic Controllers (PLCs) and Human-Machine Interfaces (HMIs) to diagnose and resolve automation issues.
• Assist in programming and modifying control systems to improve efficiency and reliability.
• Respond promptly to production breakdowns to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operation
• Collaborate with production teams to identify and implement process improvements
• Recommend and execute upgrades to enhance the reliability of electrical systems.
