Senior Analyst, FP&A

Imperial Dade is seeking two highly motivated Sr. Analysts, FP&A to join our dynamic team. As a key partner to the VP, FP&A, you will play a pivotal role in driving our company's strategic initiatives and financial performance. Responsibilities:
You will:
- Contribute to the development and execution of financial strategies, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning
- Provide insightful financial analysis and reporting to support strategic decision-making across the organization
- Work closely with senior leaders and department heads through cross-functional collaboration to optimize financial performance and drive growth
- Develop and maintain complex financial models to assess the impact of strategic initiatives and evaluate investment opportunities
- Identify opportunities to enhance financial processes, systems, and reporting capabilities
Qualifications:
You have:
- A bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field
- An MBA or relevant certification (CFA/CPA) is preferred
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in financial analysis, investment banking, or FP&A
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel, financial modeling, and data analysis tools
- Experience with financial reporting software and ERP systems
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
