Responsibilities:
JOB SUMMARY:
Lead the creation and application of data-driven models to optimize 7-11's Fuel outcomes using advanced statistical, machine learning, and AI techniques. Your key role transforms complex data into actionable insights and models, fueling business growth and customer satisfaction.
KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITES:
- Design, build, and deploy predictive and prescriptive models that optimize pricing strategies and enhance customer value proposition.
- Innovate with intricate algorithms for offer optimization and dynamic customer personalization, while learning about the unique challenges of fuel.
- Extract and engineer features and insights from large datasets and watch as your work influences our business strategy.
- Collaborate with team members to deploy and maintain end to end AI models.
- Clearly convey complex insights to diverse stakeholders, practicing your communication skills and influencing business decisions.
- Collaborate with a team of data scientists, cultivating a culture of continuous learning, growth, and impact.
Qualifications:
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:
EDUCATION: Masters preferredYEARS OF RELEVANT WORK EXPERIENCE: 7+ years
SPECIFIC KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS:
- Expertise in Big Data technologies such as Python, and PySpark.
- Proficiency in cloud computing, with a preference for experience in Databricks and its MLFlow features.
- Knowledge with RNN, LSTM, LLM and Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its practical applications.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving abilities, and a knack for extracting insights from complex datasets.
- Up-to-date knowledge of the latest advancements in machine learning, AI, and data science.
- Familiarity with customer churn modeling and the application of predictive analytics.
- Qualification in Maths/Stats/Comp Science, ideally a PhD, but Masters with 5+ years of relevant experience will be considered.
- This role is in Irving TX. Role is onsite in the office and can be hybrid.
