Executive Administrative Assistant (Contract-to-Hire)
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Executive Administrative Assistant for a contract-to-hire opportunity in Menlo Park, CA. The ideal candidate will provide high-level administrative support to executives and ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage scheduling, calendars, and meeting coordination for leadership.
- Handle confidential correspondence, communications, and documentation with discretion.
- Prepare and edit reports, presentations, and other key business materials.
- Coordinate travel arrangements, including itineraries and expense reporting.
- Serve as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Monitor project deadlines and assist with prioritizing tasks for efficiency.
- Perform general office duties, including file management and supply inventory.
Required Qualifications:
- Proven experience in executive administration or a similar role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM applications.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-paced work environment and manage competing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
- CAP certification or similar credentials.
- Advanced expertise in Excel and experience with ERP systems.
