As a Customer Service Representative, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, handling inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media. This position is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys problem-solving.
Job Responsibilities- Respond to customer inquiries through phone, email, chat, and social media.
- Resolve customer issues using problem-solving skills and professionalism.
- Collaborate with District Managers, Store Managers, and Home Office teams to resolve customer concerns.
- Accurately document customer interactions in the tracking system and update until issues are resolved.
- Monitor and respond to customer comments and messages on social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, TikTok).
- Strong conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Experience with social media moderation is preferred.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
