Responsibilities
  • Responsible for oversight of building maintenance contracts
  • Coordinates and monitors vendor service calls
  • Maintains warehouse space, to include equipment and tools, in an orderly manner
  • Operates material handling lifts to move materials and equipment as needed
  • Responsible for shipping, receiving, and tracking of equipment
  • Tracks deliveries, and picks up equipment from vendors/stores as needed
  • Performs monthly fire extinguisher checks
  • Tracks maintenance schedules for office systems and equipment
  • Maintains and operates office machines (printers, fax machines, shredders)
  • Monitors offices supply inventory
  • Responsible for oversight of cleaning crew
  • Communicates with landlord, and submits and monitors building maintenance requests
  • Responsible for tracking facility access badges and building keys
  • Coordinates with Facility Security Officer during site visits and annual facility inspections
  • Runs company errands as necessary
  • Assists in the overall maintenance of the facility
  • Participates in special projects as requested
Qualifications
  • Associate’s degree in a related discipline, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 6+ years of facilities support experience
  • Proficient in Excel and Outlook
  • Experience with WASP inventory system strongly preferred
  • Bilingual in English/Spanish preferred, but not required
  • Self-starter with positive attitude and ability to learn quickly and accomplish tasks on time
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented, with ability to effectively prioritize and multitask
  • Strong communication skills
  • Able to climb ladders and operate basic warehouse equipment
  • Capable of lifting and moving supplies and equipment up to 50 pounds
  • Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
  • Must be able to obtain/maintain security clearance, which requires U.S. citizenship
