Job Overview:

We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Receptionist to be the welcoming face and first point of contact for our company. In this role, you will manage front desk operations and provide exceptional customer service while handling a variety of administrative tasks.

As a vital part of our team, you will help maintain smooth daily operations, ensuring visitors and internal staff have the support they need for a successful and efficient work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet visitors, clients, and employees in a warm and professional manner.
  • Answer and direct phone calls using a multi-line phone system, taking accurate messages when necessary.
  • Manage the company’s front desk operations, including maintaining cleanliness and organization of the reception area.
  • Assist with scheduling appointments, booking meeting rooms, and coordinating staff calendars.
  • Distribute incoming mail, packages, and other deliveries, as well as handle outgoing mail.
  • Provide general administrative support such as data entry, filing, faxing, and photocopying.
  • Ensure compliance with company security protocols by checking in guests and issuing visitor badges as needed.
  • Serve as the go-to person for inquiries and provide accurate information about the company, products, and services.
  • Assist with special projects or tasks as assigned by management.

  • Qualifications:
  • Experience: Prior experience in a receptionist, front desk, or customer service role is preferred.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) or equivalent tools is required. Familiarity with phone systems and scheduling software is a plus.
  • Communication Skills: Exemplary verbal and written communication skills, with a professional phone etiquette.
