Assume responsibility for monitoring claims trends, developing and carrying out action plans to address unfavorable trends, the handling of worker's compensation claims, and the processing of claims in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Required experience:
*** Handled loss time WC claims, insurance coverage, monitoring claims trends, ensuring sound reserves and case strategy
*** Determining training needs and participating in training
*** Litigation management
*** Conducting in-depth investigations to determine cause of loss
