• Safely operate reach trucks to move, stack, and retrieve merchandise in high-bay storage areas and on the shipping floor.
• Assist with inventory control by verifying the accuracy of product quantities and locations. Ensure that all products are stored and retrieved in compliance with established procedures.
• Prepare orders for shipment by picking, packing, and staging products. Ensure that orders are accurately filled and labeled according to shipping requirements.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating reach trucks and handling materials. Conduct regular inspections of equipment and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
• Maintain accurate records of product movements and inventory levels. Complete shipping documentation, including packing slips, shipping labels, and other required paperwork.
• Work closely with shipping and warehouse teams to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Communicate effectively to address any issues or delays in the shipping process.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area. Ensure that the warehouse is kept in compliance with safety and cleanliness standards.
