Senior Salesforce.com Administrator
Summary:
As a Senior Salesforce.com Administrator, you will be the primary contact for all things salesforce.com. We are looking for a self-starter, passionate about driving success through advancing technology adoption, process improvements, supporting internal customers, and providing timely and accurate analytics and insights.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Manage Salesforce.com (SFDC) Ecosystem:
- Serve as the SFDC business champion/subject matter expert (SME)
- Act as admin and SME for LeanData, SalesLoft, Prolifiq, Clearbit & DealHub, all part of the SFDC ecosystem
- Perform tech administrative duties on the platforms
- Drive these tools adoption and enhancements
- Collaborate and cross train Revenue Operations teammates as needed
- Train company new hires as needed
- Analytics & Reporting
- Serve as the primary SFDC contact for reporting and dashboarding needs across the organization and within Revenue Operations
- Manage ongoing and ad hoc analytics and reporting across SFDC, Tableau, Excel, etc.
- Project Management:
- Proactively lead all tech changes in the SFDC ecosystem as business demands evolve
- Oversee SFDC developers
- Coordinate SFDC related projects across teams within CPA.com, the AICPA and CPA.com’s partners.
- Data Management:
- Proactively bridge company and internal customer initiatives/visibility needs within SFDC
- Lead data cleansing and enrichment efforts on an ongoing basis
- Fully utilize Clearbit, our data enrichment tool
- Use Data Loader as needed
- Partner with IT and SF developers on select External data sets (push/pull of information) and manage new requests across our external partnerships
- Process Improvement:
- Collaborate within the Revenue Operations team and cross-functional teams to assess, research, and implement process/system changes
- Proactively seek for continuous improvements across the tech stack and customer journey
- Support New Technologies and Projects:
- Assist or lead adoption of new technologies
Qualifications:
- Certified SFDC Administrator with at least 5 years’ experience. Expertise with Salesforce Lightning is required. Proficiency with common add-on tools in the Salesforce ecosystem is preferable.
- Advanced Excel capabilities, such as pivot tables and macros are required
- Some experience with Pardot, VisualForce, APEX, Snowflake and/or Tableau is not required but preferable
They must also have the ability to quickly learn and adapt to new software and systems as needed.
Education/Experience: Candidates should have a bachelor's degree and be a certified SFDC administrator. Experience in managing SFDC and related technologies, as well as a strong background in data analytics and project management, is essential.
Must live within commuting distance from Dexter, Michigan.
