Responsibilities:

• Process organization's payroll in a timely and accurate manner.
• Prepare and maintain accurate payroll records and employee files.
• Calculate correct amounts for wages, deductions, and withholdings.
• Ensure legal compliance with all payroll-related activities.
• Associate or bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Human Resources, or related field.
• Proven experience as a Payroll Specialist.
• Strong understanding of general payroll practices and regulations.
• High level of proficiency in using accounting and payroll software.
