• Manage and process biweekly payroll for salaried and hourly employees using Deel.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with HR and Finance to maintain accurate employee payroll records, benefits deductions, and tax withholdings.
• Address payroll-related inquiries from employees, ensuring timely and effective resolution.
• Assist in payroll audits and reporting for financial and compliance purposes.
• Partner with the HR and Finance teams to support workforce growth and optimize payroll processes.
• Stay updated on payroll regulations and industry best practices to enhance efficiency and compliance.

• 5+ years of payroll experience, preferably in a high-growth or international company.
• Experience processing payroll for both hourly and salaried employees.
• Familiarity with Deel or other global payroll vendors is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. payroll laws, taxes, and compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
