Human Resources Administrator

Responsibilities:

• Overseeing the recruitment process, ensuring all steps are executed efficiently
• Administering workers' compensation, including maintaining accurate records and processing related paperwork
• Coordinating and conducting new employee orientations and onboarding processes
• Ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies
• Utilizing ADP - Financial Services and ADP Workforce Now for various HR functions
• Performing background checks as part of the recruitment and onboarding process
• Implementing and managing Ceridian and Concur software systems
• Undertaking auditing tasks as required, maintaining the integrity of HR data
• Coordinating benefit functions, ensuring employee benefits are administered correctly
• Using About Time software for various HR and administrative tasks.
• Proficiency in ADP
• Financial Services is a must-have skill for this role.
• Must have experience with ADP Workforce Now.
• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is required.
• Knowledge of Ceridian software is essential.
• Candidates should have experience using Concur.
• About Time software proficiency is necessary.
• Auditing skills are required for this position.
• Should have experience in conducting Background Checks.
• Must be well-versed in Benefit Functions.
• Compliance knowledge and skills are mandatory for this role.
