Accounting Analyst

We are offering a short term contract employment opportunity for an Accounting Analyst in Sherman Oaks, California. This role is within the dynamic industry of accounting and financial services. As an Accounting Analyst, you will be instrumental in managing and executing accounting functions, utilizing accounting software systems, and handling billing functions.

• Utilize Accounting Software Systems to streamline accounting processes
• Manage and oversee Accounts Payable (AP) and Accounts Receivable (AR)
• Conduct audits to ensure compliance and accuracy
• Use ADP - Financial Services for efficient financial management
• Handle billing functions, ensuring timely and accurate invoicing
• Implement ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning for improved business processes
• Use Ceridian for human resource management
• Operate Concur for travel and expense management
• Maintain accurate financial records and prepare reports
• Resolve customer inquiries and issues in a timely manner. • Minimum of 1 year of experience in an Accounting Analyst role or similar.
• Proficiency in Accounting Software Systems is essential.
• Experience with ADP - Financial Services is required.
• Familiarity with Ceridian software would be advantageous.
• Knowledge of Concur software is preferred.
• Understanding of ERP - Enterprise Resource Planning is necessary.
• Ability to perform various Accounting Functions is expected.
• Experience with Accounts Payable (AP) is a must.
• Proficiency in managing Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Prior experience in Auditing is a significant advantage.
• Familiarity with Billing Functions is expected.
