Customer Service Representative I

This role encompasses both inbound and outbound customer service tasks.

Responsibilities:

• Address and resolve customer service or billing complaints by executing activities such as exchanging merchandise, refunding money, and adjusting bills.
• Engage with customers to answer inquiries and notify them of claim investigation results and any planned adjustments.
• Redirect unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Maintain records of customer interactions and transactions, noting details of inquiries, complaints, comments, and actions taken.
• Utilize verbal and written communication skills to provide excellent customer service and foster interpersonal relationships.
• Work independently and manage one's time effectively.
• Accurately document and record customer/client information.
• Leverage experience with computer applications such as Microsoft Outlook and data entry software.
• Apply skills in customer service, data entry, billing, merchandising, claim administration, adjustments, handling complaints, interpersonal communication, and resolving customer complaints. • Proficiency in customer service
• Proficient in data entry tasks
• Skilled at using Microsoft Outlook
• Familiar with 'About Time' software
• Understanding of billing processes
• Experience in merchandising
