Key Responsibilities:
As a Senior Oracle Infrastructure Database Developer, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, and maintenance of Oracle database infrastructures that support critical business applications. You will work closely with other IT teams to ensure that database systems are optimized for performance, reliability, and scalability. Your role will also involve troubleshooting complex database issues, automating database tasks, and implementing best practices to ensure the security and integrity. Additional responsibilities include:
- Design and implement Oracle database architectures that meet the needs of the organization’s applications and services.
- Develop and optimize database schemas, indexes, and storage structures to enhance performance and scalability.
- Ensure databases are designed to maximize availability, reliability, and disaster recovery capabilities.
- Monitor database performance and implement tuning strategies to optimize query performance and resource utilization.
- Analyze and resolve complex performance issues, including tuning SQL queries, database configurations, and hardware resources.
- Conduct capacity planning to ensure databases can scale to meet future growth requirements.
