Description:
Markon is looking for an experience Business Process Consultant - Strategy to support an Intelligence Customer
Responsibilities:
- Draft, maintain and provide recommendations on strategy documentation
- Recommend strategic business case/investment thesis for proposed concepts
- Review and analyze program requirements and information to provide input into strategy options
- Document strategy decisions, provide support for linking the strategy to the funding, and develop briefings and other material necessary to communicate the strategy
- Draft presentations to provide an accurate status of existing programs, to include timelines, gaps, risks, and issues
- Develop strategic roadmaps that align with the customer's strategies for recommendations to Center Leadership
- Assist Technical Director with strategy and roadmap tasks
- Independently triage, understand, coordinate, and disseminate high level actions that arrive via TaskIT, email, and other means
- Collect information for, draft, and coordinate responses to these actions
- Receive and consolidate responses from the department's programs for action items
- Create comprehensive and accurate department responses;
- Triage and adjudicate all taskers received in any form pertinent to the mission to include queries of Department level management prior to the customer's involvement
- Independently work across programs to identify and collect appropriate action inputs
- Proactively coordinate across departments as appropriate to ensure consistent responses
- Provide timely, accurate and responsive replies to all applicable actions
- Adjudicate conflicting responses between all parties
- Support facilitation of the Operational Technology Partnership (OTP) Executive Secretariat governance boards, support movement to new processes, and provide suggestions to optimize the process, as needed
- Prepare, review, and disseminate executive level material to include finalizing briefing packages, drafting e-memos, and coordinating meeting agendas for the strategy
- Implement flexible workflows that reflect the customer's governance practices for pre-coordination, review, and approval processes
- Work across programs to ensure appropriate content is available for decision makers at each review
- Support ad-hoc strategy needs
- Support the development of customer directed SOPs and policies for the OTP process
- Prepare, facilitate, and disseminate briefing packages, meeting agendas, action items from TD led meetings
- Support the analysis and implementation of improved processes
Qualifications:
- Masters degree plus 16+ years of experience
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience supporting the customer in a similar role
- Active TS/SCI FS Poly Security Clearance
Salary Range: USD $175,000.00 - USD $200,000.00 /Yr.
