AI Product Specialist

We are seeking an AI Product Specialist to join our team. This role offers a contract to hire employment opportunity and is based in King of Prussia, Pennsylvania. As an AI Product Specialist, you will lead the product through all stages of its life cycle, collaborate with various stakeholders, develop and implement product-related marketing plans, and stay current on industry trends.

Responsibilities:

• Lead the development, implementation, and management of product development and product marketing plans to ensure the achievement of revenue and profit objectives.
• Understand the product offering and how our products fit into an ecosystem landscape.
• Develop, maintain, and prioritize the product/platform roadmap to guide the organization's AI/ML/GenAI initiatives and ensure alignment with business objectives.
• Collaborate with business users, data scientists, machine learning engineers, data governance teams, and technology teams to understand requirements and develop appropriate solutions.
• Stay current on industry trends and emerging technologies in the AI/ML/GenAI space and apply relevant insights to improve the organization's capabilities.
• Determine and maintain software product and service requirements through an in-depth understanding of customer and partner needs.
• Work directly with customers and partners to understand their needs and translate them into requirements.
• Evaluate and prioritize requested product enhancements.
• Develop and implement product related marketing plans, overseeing the overall product strategy including the development, pricing, and marketing of products and services.
• Develop and maintain product related marketing materials including product collateral, release materials, sales tools, and materials, and internet data.
• Conduct research and analysis of competitive products and market trends. • Demonstrated experience in Customer Service and Sales roles
• Proven track record in Marketing and Research
• Familiarity with Materials Handling and Planning Processes
• Knowledge of Internet usage and Pricing strategies
• Understanding of Revenue Accounting and the English Language
• Willingness and ability to Travel as required
• Proven ability to ensure Customer Satisfaction
• Experience working with Stakeholders and Partners
• Understanding of Conductivity principles
• Excellent Collaboration skills
• Ability to create and edit Video content
• Proven ability to Prioritize tasks effectively
• Understanding of Supply Chain Logistics
• Experience creating Marketing Material
• CPA certification is a plus
• Experience in Enhancement and Product Development processes
• Knowledge of Collateral Management.
