We are seeking an Ophthalmology Call center Customer Service Representative that will serve as the face and voice of the company during a customer’s initial interaction, setting the tone for an exceptional service experience. Key Responsibilities:

  • Use a welcoming, friendly tone to engage customers and make a positive first impression during calls or other communications.
  • Schedule client appointments efficiently, matching them with the appropriate team member or specialist.
  • Follow up on warm leads to drive client conversions for consultations and service commitments.
  • Accurately manage call prioritization, directing clients to appropriate departments such as Reception, Billing, or Support Specialists for advanced care.
  • Verify and confirm appointments, handle cancellations, and follow up on missed bookings to maintain client engagement.
  • Manage administrative tasks, such as answering multi-line phones, processing forms, managing medical or business records requests, and refilling service requests.
  • Collaborate with team members to provide seamless support across offices and departments.
  • Assist with general clerical duties, including filing, faxing, and data entry, while maintaining accuracy and confidentiality.

Qualifications:

  • Strong focus on excellent customer service and communication, with a customer-first attitude.
  • Professional, energetic, and personable demeanor with the ability to build rapport quickly.
  • A self-motivated individual with excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Prior sales experience is a significant advantage but not mandatory.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a dynamic and collaborative team.
  • Skilled in navigating a multi-line phone system and performing basic computer tasks, such as typing and data management.
  • Flexibility to travel between company locations, if required.
