Texas Real Estate Broker/Sales Associate

Developing a referral-based business, prospecting for new listings and buyers, and marketing listings.
- Provide guidance and assist sellers and buyers in marketing and purchasing property for the right price under the best terms.
- Determine client's needs and financial abilities to propose solutions that suit them.
- Intermediate negotiation processes, consult customers on market conditions, prices, mortgage, and closing professional, contract to closing processes ensuring a fair and honest dealing.
- Perform comparative market analysis to estimate properties’ value.
- Display and market real property to possible buyers
- Prepare necessary paperwork (contracts, leases, listings)
- Cooperate with appraisers, escrow companies, lenders, and home inspectors.
- Develop networks of professionals, past clients, and centers of influence
- Promote sales through advertisements, open houses, and listing services.
- Remain knowledgeable of real estate markets to provide expert services and the best compliant portfolio practices.
- Active FL, GA, MD, PA and/or TX real estate licensee’s only
- 2+ years experience as a Broker/Sales Associate.
- Commercial Real Estate Sales a plus but not required.
- Attention to detail and quality focused.
- Ability to work independently combined with excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong time management and organizational skills in a dynamic environment.
- Strong sales, negotiation, and communication skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a high level of professional integrity.
- Maintains a positive, helpful, constructive attitude and work relationship with colleagues.
