As part of the SUD team, this person will work directly with program supervisors and team members to address the administrative aspects of client care and clinic organization. The position will also help with the distribution of outcome reports and data and will address barriers to clinical efficiency.

Responsibilities:

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Excel spreadsheet management for Legal Clients:
  • Tracking UA testing, results, documentation, and reporting.
  • Tracking IOP attendance and completion.
  • Tracking Probation reporting, including emergent documentation.
  • Assist clients in completing initial paperwork for intakes, entering client data
  • Assist with funding navigation and Medicaid instatement
  • Run Tableau/Avatar data reports for draft notes, caseload, treatment plans, and anniversaries due.
  • Tracking service intensity trends, report to the supervisor
  • Coordinate SOURCE medication refills as needed
  • Ensure ROIs are present and current
  • Track and monitor inpatient discharge summaries
  • Research resources that clinicians need for client case management as needed
  • Track technology and equipment requests/ complete new hire request form
  • Other duties as assigned based on program needs
  • Must be highly organized and detail-oriented with Excel expertise
  • Demonstrate problem-solving, leadership, conflict management, and team-building skills in order to ensure a productive work environment and achievement of goals.
  • Relate to others in a professional manner, respectful of individual and cultural differences.
  • Comply with all applicable federal, state, and county laws and regulations, Sound policies and procedures, and all safety regulations.

Qualifications:

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
  • AA or Bachelor's degree, preferably in a health or human services discipline
  • One year's experience in a health or human service setting

CERTIFICATES, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS:

  • WA State Agency Affiliated Counselor credential within the first 30 days of hire preferable
  • Must pass a criminal background check

PHYSICAL DEMANDS

To successfully perform the essential duties of this position, an individual must be able to sit at a desk for four or more hours a day and use office equipment, including phones and computer keyboards, for four or more hours per day. Individuals must be able to engage clients over the phone and in-person by voice.
