Job Description
The Project Manager will:
- Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
- Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
- Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
- Manage and negotiate contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials.
- Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
- Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties involved.
- Resolve project-related conflicts and challenges in a proactive manner.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.

The Successful Applicant
The successful Project Manager will have:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
- Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
- Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
- OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
- Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
