Job Description

The Project Manager will:

• Oversee all aspects of construction project management, including scheduling, budgeting, and execution.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure timely and cost-effective project delivery.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and quality control standards.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders and senior management.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies.
• Manage and negotiate contracts, change orders, and procurement of materials.
• Conduct site inspections to assess progress and identify potential issues.
• Lead project meetings and provide clear communication to all parties involved.
• Resolve project-related conflicts and challenges in a proactive manner.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including reports, contracts, and permits.

The Successful Applicant

The successful Project Manager will have:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 5+ years of experience managing commercial and industrial construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Procore, Primavera, Microsoft Project).
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• OSHA certification and PMP certification are a plus.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to project sites as needed.
