Administrative Assistant - Bilingual (Spanish English)

Steadfast is looking to hire a Bilingual (Spanish amp; English) office assistant. The ideal candidate will have the ability to work in a fast-paced working environment with ability to multi-task. The candidate for this position should have exceptional customer service skills, over the phone and in person, with our customers and employees.

Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.

Job Responsibilities:

Responsible for answering outbound/inbound calls
Translate documents and communications.
Scan and Copy Documents
Greet incoming visitors and answer any inquiries
Conduct any scheduling and creating calendar events
GREAT personality and eagerness to learn

Will Train Ideal Candidate in the following areas:

Bookkeeping in Quickbooks
Payroll and Human Resources
Other Areas, we have lots of room to grow!

Job Qualifications:

At least 2 years of previous administrative experience
Proficient in Microsoft Applications (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, etc.)
Pay attention to detail, and the ability to follow special instructions
Must be bilingual in Spanish and English – can speak, read and write.
Must be able to pass a background check as required
