A Wealth Management Firm managing around 6 million in assets, located in the East Bay is looking for an experience Client Service Associate to join their team. Job Duties:

• Prepare and maintain spreadsheets detailing potential and current client portfolios.
• Execute client trades with precision and accuracy.
• Rebalance client portfolios.
• Generate and review detailed client's portfolio.
• Handle client money movement requests in a timely manner.

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience in Wealth Management
• 1+ years of trade operations experience.
• CFA is a huge plus, but not required
• Proven longevity in other roles.
• Professionalism, dependability, integrity and trustworthiness with confidential info
• Motivated self-starter, Deadline Orientated, Multi-task, Organized and excellent attention to detail

• 4% matching 401K contributions, Profit Sharing, and medical/dental/vision
