Job Description- Lead, direct, coordinate, and participate in activities of assigned multifamily projects to achieve goals and objectives within the specified time frame and budget constraints.
- Ensure product designs adhere to engineering principles, company standards, customer contract requirements, and related drawings and specifications.
- Analyze specifications to plan construction procedures, considering start and completion times and staffing needs for each phase of the project.
- Prepare and approve job forecasts.
- Review project specifications to ensure compliance by contractors and subcontractors.
- Evaluate proposals and contracts for adherence to client and designer requirements, as well as company policies and standards.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Oversee job profitability, project start-up, budget tracking, and schedule development and adherence.
- Manage all owner billings and coordinate with accounting, ensuring timely and accurate monthly cash flow reporting.

The Successful Applicant- BS in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or Architecture is required
- Computer knowledge and efficiency, including Procore, Microsoft Office products and Microsoft Project.
- Must have wood frame ground-up Multifamily project experience
- Garden style construction is a requirement
- Must be skilled at a variety of pre-construction work, such as planning, design and constructability review, value engineering, scheduling, and conceptual estimating.
- Must be client facing
- Must have strong communication and organization skills
