Chinese Office Manager for Clinic

Description:
We are seeking for an experienced Office Manager that is flexible, nimble, and open to a challenge to join our team. The Office Manager will work under the direction of the Strategic Initiative Manager and Staff Physician Lead in providing management and leadership to our administrative team.The selected candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 employees, depending on coverage needs. There may be instances where the Office Manager will be managing or providing coverage for more than 1 practice at a time.
Job Responsibilities- Oversee and manage daily operations of medical practices and personnel, while maintaining a professional workplace
- Supervise and lead office staff
- Schedule and coordinate patient appointments to optimize client satisfaction and facility efficiency
- Create and update patients' electronic health records
- Record and update personal and financial information
- Order and manage medical and office supplies
- Design and implement office policies and procedures
- Oversee and manage all paperwork for patient care, medical compliance, and all levels of reporting
- Assist with CAIPA administration with population management initiatives
- Ensure positive collaboration between doctors, medical and office staff
- Supervise cleaning staff and coordinate maintenance activities when needed
- Orient, train, and mentor medical practice personnel
- Arrange informational materials for patients
- Ensure adherence to healthcare laws, rules, and regulations
- Maintain total confidentiality of personal and financial data
- Collaborate with the Clinical Documentation Improvement team and Billing team to manage and troubleshoot claims and documentation queries
- Willing to travel
Requirements:
Essential Skills- Client Service Oriented (both internal and external)

- Strong Written and oral communication skills
- Ability to interact and communicate with individuals at all levels of organization
- Strong interpersonal skills able to handle sensitive situations and confidential information
- Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload in a fast-pace environment
- Technology competency with electronic software needed for role
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Word
- Previous working experience as a Medical Office Manager for 1+ year(s)
- Fluent in Chinese
- MA in Healthcare Administration, Business, or similar relevant field preferred
- Hands on experience with accounting and administrative operations
- In-depth knowledge of medical procedures, operations, and terminology
