VMware Operations Specialist
Responsibilities:
- Administer and optimize VMware ESXi, vCenter, and vSphere environments.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to HA, DRS, and other advanced ESXi features.
- Manage storage replication and backup solutions, ensuring continuous data protection.
- Conduct detailed analysis of system logs for performance optimization.
- Implement and oversee backup strategies using Veeam, Avamar, or similar tools.
Mandatory Skills:
- Familiarity with Dell and/or VMware offerings.
- Experience in managing incident response situations.
- Strong background in information security.
- Willingness to travel to client locations when required on short notice.
