Talent One Recruitment and Staffing agency is searching for a Quality Control Specialist for a Food manufacturing company in Santa Fe Springs.

Job Type: Temp to Hire
Schedule: Monday - Friday

Pay Rate: $18hr - $20hr

Job Duties:

Asist with food product safety and quality testing (Food Color, Nutrients, and Moisture levels)
Lab testing and calibration (Brix, refractory index, density, weight, moisture testing)
Ensures food product and process are compliant with food and drug administration rules and regulations.
Test for Bacteria in chemical and biological samples.
Responsible for preparing necessary equipment related to quality checks before the beginning of production.
Document and file all job-related quality information.
Other Duties as Assigned.

Requirements

Prior Quality Control Experience.
HACCP Certification
SQF Certification
PCQI Certification
