I. Major Responsibilities:
- Acts as subject matter expert, providing system-wide operations support for both clinical and non-clinical departments for the Workday Learning Management System. (50%)
- Responds to escalated help desk tickets
- Creates and publishes content and assignments
- Runs reports
- Acts as subject matter expert re Workday Learning vendor integrations, i.e., Health Stream Portal
- Engages in system testing for functionality, usability, accessibility and change impact
- Facilitates technical training and office hours
- Documents standard work
- Creates job aids and tutorials for end users
- Consults on learning optimization strategies via the Workday LMS
- Designs and curates e-learning content that supports learner autonomy, engagement, and retention AND meets legal and regulatory requirements. Includes resources such as podcasts, videos, infographics, job aids, digital communications, and interactive online modules/courses. (30%)
- Conducts ongoing analysis, updating and refining of existing virtual learning content and collateral. (10%)
- Stays current on Workday updates and trends in instructional design and learning technology to support solutions that are state-of-the art and meet regulatory and legal requirements. (10%)
- In addition to the above,
- Complies with established departmental policies, procedures, and objectives.
- Attends a variety of meetings, conferences, seminars as required or directed.
- Demonstrates use of Quality Improvement, continuous improvement and lean principles in daily operations.
- Complies with all health and safety and regulatory requirements.

II. Position Qualifications:
License/Certification/Education:
Required:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Workday Pro Certification
Required:
- Prior experience with Learning Management Systems.
- Demonstrated ability to develop e-learning content and collateral.
- Prior experience in the areas of instructional design, workplace learning and/or educational technology.
- Strong interpersonal skills to gather information from individuals and groups and build relationships that support collaborative work within the department and across the organization.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills to facilitate training, prepare educational materials and convey technical information to non-technical partners.
- Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and be self-directed to complete goals and objectives of the position.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritize and maintain multiple simultaneous deadlines.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications including, Power Point, Word, Excel, and Teams.
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and Articulate 360 or comparable video production and digital authoring tools.
- Familiarity with Web Ex, Adobe Connect, Camtasia, Vyond, Survey Monkey, Mail Chimp, Pagetiger, Workday Learning, Health Stream Portal and/or HTML.
- Specific healthcare experience is a plus.
Unless certification, licensure or registration is required, an equivalent combination of education and experience which provides proficiency in the areas of responsibility listed in this description may be substituted for the above requirements.
Department-specific competencies, including age-specific competencies and their measurements will be developed and maintained in the individual departments.
