Responsibilities:

• Accurately process customer credit applications in a timely manner
• Maintain and update customer credit records with meticulous attention to detail
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries related to billing
• Keep track of customer accounts and initiate appropriate actions when necessary
• Utilize computerized billing systems to manage and organize billing information
• Handle accounts receivable duties, ensuring all payments are processed and recorded correctly
• Answer inbound calls from customers, providing excellent customer service and resolving any issues
• Assist with billing collection activities, contacting customers as needed to ensure timely payment
• Manage legal billing processes, ensuring all billing information is accurate and up-to-date
• Maintain good client management practices, fostering positive relationships with customers.
• Proficiency in Computerized Billing systems is essential.
• Expertise in Accounts Receivable (AR) is required.
• Experience with Answering Inbound Calls is necessary.
• Demonstrated ability in Billing Collection is indispensable.
• Familiarity with Legal Billing procedures is crucial.
• Excellent Client Management skills are a must.
