As a Field Service Technician, you will play a vital role in ensuring the optimal performance and functionality of our CNC machines across various customer facility locations. With a focus on major repairs and troubleshooting, you will be responsible for traveling to our customers' sites, diagnosing complex issues, and implementing effective solutions to minimize downtime and maximize machine efficiency.

• Provide on-site technical support to distributors for CNC machines requiring major repairs or troubleshooting
• Perform thorough inspections, repairs, and maintenance tasks on CNC machines to ensure optimal performance and longevity
• Utilize advanced diagnostic tools and techniques to identify root causes of machine malfunctions and implement appropriate solutions
• Foster positive relationships with customers by delivering exceptional service, addressing their concerns promptly, and offering proactive solutions to enhance machine performance
• Provide technical training and guidance to customer personnel on the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of CNC machines to enhance their capabilities and minimize reliance on external support
