Handle data entry and maintain well-organized filing systems for electronic and physical records. Support operational tasks such as ordering office supplies and arranging travel accommodations. Serve as the point of contact for internal and external inquiries, ensuring timely and detail oriented communication.
Assist with the organization and execution of team events, projects, and any ad hoc administrative duties as assigned. Help troubleshoot office systems and technology, collaborating with IT or vendors as needed. Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
2-4 years of experience in an administrative assistant or related role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook). Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
