Business Analyst

We are offering a long-term contract employment opportunity for a Business Analyst in the Telecom Services industry based in Tampa, Florida. In this role, you will be tasked with ensuring seamless operations and customer service through rigorous analysis and project management.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize your experience with platforms like CX1 and BMC Helix to enhance customer support and service operations management.
• Play a pivotal role in project management, steering the strategic direction of customer service operations.
• Use your skills in Atlassian Jira, CRM, Gap Analysis, Microsoft Excel, and Microsoft Word to drive business processes and functions.
• Conduct AB Testing to optimize the performance of customer service platforms.
• Create comprehensive Business Requirement Documents to guide project execution and stakeholder decision-making.
• Oversee claim administration to ensure accurate and timely processing of customer requests.
• Implement Agile Scrum methodologies to enhance project delivery and team collaboration.
• Leverage your 3-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field to drive continuous improvement in our processes and systems. • Proficiency in Atlassian Jira software to manage tasks and projects effectively.
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools to manage customer interactions.
• Ability to perform Gap Analysis to identify and bridge performance deficiencies.
• Strong skills in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word for data analysis and document preparation.
• Knowledge of AB Testing to optimize business strategies.
• Familiarity with Agile Scrum methodologies for efficient project management.
• Understanding of Business Process Functions to optimize business operations.
• Experience in writing Business Requirement Documents to capture project specifications clearly.
• Experience with Claim Administration in a telecom setting.
• Solid Project Management skills to oversee project execution from conception to completion.
