Construction Project Manager
We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 to $100,000, a 9% performance bonus, and profit-sharing opportunities. Benefits include 100% employer-paid health insurance for employees, a 3% retirement match, and PTO starting at 10 days in year one, increasing to two weeks in year two.

Responsibilities- Oversee the scheduling and coordination of materials and subcontractors
- and manage the construction activities for residential new construction
- projects.
- Ensure that projects are built to requirements and specifications
- established by construction drawings, building codes, and clients.
- Supervise and provide assistance to Project Superintendents on jobsites.
- Monitor production schedules, critical paths for projects, and trade
- contractor schedules to ensure timely project completion.
- Monitor project quality and cost control to safeguard profit margin.
- Implement checklists for inspections, quality assurance plan, and standard
- operating procedures.
- Inspect project sites.
- Assume overall responsibility for ensuring a clean, safe construction site.
- Reports directly to the President, communicating all project’s progress.
- Conduct weekly production meeting and review production progress with
- President, Project Superintendents, Office Manager, Purchasing, Color
- Selection Specialist, and Permit Technician.
- Communicate with customers on jobsites; Answer their questions and
- ensure that construction meets their expectations.
