We are in search of an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Sanford, Maine. The chosen individual will be tasked with a variety of administrative duties within our organization. This role is a long-term contract employment opportunity that involves communication, customer service, and data entry tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Responding to inbound calls and providing exceptional customer service
  • Assisting with data entry tasks and maintaining accurate records
  • Utilizing Microsoft Excel and Word to organize and manage information
  • Managing and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Reporting and communicating effectively with team members and supervisors
  • Ensuring the smooth operation of the office by performing administrative tasks as needed
  • Handling customer applications and monitoring customer accounts
  • Taking appropriate action based on the status of customer accounts. • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, and Microsoft Word is required
  • Experience in answering inbound calls is essential
  • Strong customer service skills are necessary
  • Ability to perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Good organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent education level
  • Prior experience in an administrative role would be advantageous
  • Availability to work during normal business hours.
