job summary:

Spray product consistently to Marsh finish & quality specifications. 2) Safely, efficiently, and correctly use and maintain finishing equipment, 3) Must comply with all standards (MACT, OSHA, hazardous waste, etc.) as trained. 4)Maintain certification of all company and safety training required for this position. 5)Be knowledgeable of and willing to assume other roles in this department when required. 6) Report any problems immediately to the lead person and supervisor. 7)Keep area clean. Follow good housekeeping. 8)Satisfy production requirements 9) Lead by good example with a positive attitude. 10)Accurately catalyze material to correct ratio when necessary. Lifting up to 35 pounds. Good mobility, flexibility, and stamina. Ability to comfortably work within an open faced spray booth for long periods of time. Good hand-eye coordination required. Bending, stooping, twisting, and turning movements may occur. Must have a good eye for color.

work hours: 7:00AM to 3:30PM
