Job Title: Part-Time Executive Assistant (Contract to Hire)

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Executive Assistant to support our company president. Being a part-time position, we require a diligent individual who can manage their time efficiently and is able to multitask. This is a contract-to-hire position, offering the right candidate an opportunity to transition to a permanent role in the future.

Responsibilities:

  1. Act as the point of contact among the executive, employees, clients, and other external partners.
  2. Manage the schedule of the president, ensuring all appointments and meetings are properly organized and communicated.
  3. Prepare necessary paperwork for meetings and assist in creating reports, presentations, and briefs.
  4. Respond to emails and document requests on behalf of the president.
  5. Develop and maintain an organized filing system.
  6. Assist in booking travels and accommodations for the president as needed.
  7. Prepare the president's daily to-do list and give reminders for scheduled activities.
  8. Attend some meetings on the president's behalf or with the president to take notes or minutes.
  9. Maintain a high level of confidentiality and discretion with all matters.

Skills and Qualifications:

  1. Proven work experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or similar role.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  3. Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  4. Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
  5. High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
  6. Outstanding time management and the ability to work under pressure.
  7. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
  8. An associate’s degree or equivalent work experience is preferred.
