Rapyuta Robotics is hiring a Project Manager capable of managing delivery of complex deployments of Pick Assistant Autonomous Mobile Robot solutions and building a scalable process of delivery for our US business. The team works closely with some of the premier enterprise customers in the US, Canada, and Japan to build state-of-the-art robotics solutions by leveraging rapyuta.io, our cloud robotics platform, and the surrounding ecosystem.The team’s mission is to pioneer scalable, collaborative, and flexible robotics solutions.
In this role, the Project Manager will be responsible for:
- Managing project schedule, budget, outputs, and customer satisfaction
- Leading execution until successful handover to operations team
- Analyzing customer requirements and working with developers for functional development
- Building an efficient delivery process for mass production
- Creating OKRs and measuring required metrics
- Demonstrating a strong sense of empathy towards customers, with the ability to understand their needs, while also exercising flexible communication skills to politely request adjustments, such as the withdrawal of certain requirements when necessary.
- Traveling to customer sites up to 50% of the time
Requirements
Minimum qualifications- At least 6 years of experience in project management in factory automation, logistics, electric devices, IT system integration, or automotive industries
- Understanding of software development and hardware development life cycle
- Strong ownership and drive for project delivery
- The ability to create clear and concise written explanations of our services, related specifications, and technologies for customers.
- Ability to read and write technical documents in English
- Project management certifications
- Good understanding of safety regulations in automotive or industrial machinery industry and experience in risk assessments
- Good understanding of robotics or computer science
- Bachelor’s degree in Robotics, Computer Science, or similar technical field of study
