As the Maintenance Supervisor, youll lead the maintenance team in developing strategies to improve the overall reliability of production processes while directing regular maintenance work and ensuring all equipment and systems are safe and in good working order.You will need to have maintenance experience, preferably in a food manufacturing facility.
Other responsibilities will include: Scheduling & Managing Team
Preventative Maintenance as well as Capital ProjectsWastewater Treatment
Promotes continuous & process improvements for lean manufacturing.
Minimum requirements for this Maintenance Supervisors position: Experience with pumps, conveyors, ammonia systems, PLCs
Experience with MS Office and CMMSAble and willing to work the 2nd shift for the future
Food/beverage background is required
Union background highly preferred.
