Job Description
  • Managing a team of six employees
  • Supporting current and future business needs through workforce planning and talent management
  • Managing complex employee relations issues and helping increase retention
  • Working closely with management and employees to improve work relationships, build morale, and increase productivity and retention
  • Identifying training needs for teams and management
  • Monitoring and reporting on workforce and succession planning
  • Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws
  • Helping with employee onboarding and orientations
  • Developing and managing career progression framework that aligns with company goals and individual performance, ensuring competitive salary structures, bonus programs, and benefits that attract, retain, and motivate top talent

The Successful Applicant

A successful HRBP should have:

  • Degree in Human Resources or related field
  • 6+ years of experience in HR; 3+ yoe as a people manager
  • SHRM strongly preferred
  • MUST have experience working with leadership team
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
